Eggs In Tomato Sauce (Shakshuka) is one of them!
Here’s what you need: 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ cup (2 ounces) onion, 1 medium (5 ounces) bell pepper (any color), 2 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¾ teaspoon seasoning, ¹⁄8 teaspoon salt, 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes.

 Here is what you need:

12 oz spaghetti
7 oz canned whole peeled tomatoes, drained, deseeded and chopped
1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely-chopped
2 fresh basil leaves
pinch of sugar
4 oz freshly grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese or a mixture
4 eggs
1 fresh mozzarella (about 4 oz in weight)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt, pepper to taste
